I have no major complaints. However, one of the major reasons to buy a TCL was to watch mkv movies directly from inbuilt player. Because I had a 32" TCL in Sri Lanka which did play mkv movies directly from TV. I was a little disappointed as this TV does not play mkv movies directly from in built player.

Television has minor ghosting on HD channels, and will not display full 1080P resolution when attached to my computer via HDMI, instead stuck at a much lower resolution. As a television, it's adequate for the price but as a computer display it falls well short.

The best customer service and follow up any company can provide. Jamie, the person with whom I communicated the most, kept me in the loop, was honest, very very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I get my TV on time. The reason for my sticking with Big Brown Box is all due to the efforts of Jamie. A 20 out of 10 for his customer service. Not only was the product delivered but Jamie ensured that as a customer I was happy and the amount of effort he put in for me as a customer, I am certain no one else would. I've already recommended Big Brown Box to 5 people out of which 3 people so far I have made sure bought TV's and other accessories from Big Brown Box. In terms of the TV, still trying to get a hang of it but very happy.
