I would like to provide a testimonial for my recent purchase. I was very happy to receive my DAB clock radio so promptly, but unfortunately it was faulty. I was a bit worried about how good the customer service would be with an online store. There was no need. The team at Big Brown Box were very helpful - a courier picked up the faulty product the following day and replaced it. The new product also had problems and again the staff at Big Brown Box were extremely helpful. Within a few days the faulty item was picked up and a different model dropped off. I didnt have to do any running around at all - Big Brown Box took care of it all. Thanks Guys.

Hiya Big Brown Box, I have recently had my first purchasing experience with you and WOW I was so impressed. I know people are quick to complain to companies when they receive less than perfect service so thought I should definitely say thankyou for an ACTUALLY perfect experience. Such quick delivery, such great service with your emails to let me know what was happening with my order. The phone calls and professionalism by your own courier (much better than Australia post by a mile!) and the lack of fuss. I love that you check the credit card and id before signing over as some people are less than honest if the delivery goes to some random house (a poor friend of mine had this happen recently). Oh, and did I mention your prices are AMAZING. You have a loyal customer here for life! Thanks so much again. It's honestly a refreshingly pleasant and easy transaction!
