I just wanted to say thanks for my new TV guys and the great service so far. I love my new LED TV, I am still trying to work out the functions and so forth due to my standard foxtel connection but otherwise I am loving it. Just wanted to say thanks to the delivery drivers also who were very friendly, on time and even much earlier than they said they would be, so EXCELLENT service indeed. I will indeed buy from you guys again, for sure.

The best customer service and follow up any company can provide. Jamie, the person with whom I communicated the most, kept me in the loop, was honest, very very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I get my TV on time. The reason for my sticking with Big Brown Box is all due to the efforts of Jamie. A 20 out of 10 for his customer service. Not only was the product delivered but Jamie ensured that as a customer I was happy and the amount of effort he put in for me as a customer, I am certain no one else would. I've already recommended Big Brown Box to 5 people out of which 3 people so far I have made sure bought TV's and other accessories from Big Brown Box. In terms of the TV, still trying to get a hang of it but very happy.

I am gobsmacked at the A-BLOODY-MAZING delivery service provided by BIG BROWN BOX. My order was placed online on Thursday 23 Aug at 0914am and was delivered to my door here in Mildura at 1115 am on Friday 24th. Twenty two hours = A-BLOODY-MAZING. No wonder online trading is here to stay. In my mind you have just won a GOLD MEDAL in the CUSTOMER SERVICE OLYMPICS. Eat your heart out G****.

Hi, I wasnt sure how to send in a Testimonial so hope its ok I send it this way, I know there was a comment section on the delivery form when the TV arrived but didnt want to write anything until I had tested the TV. I received my TV in perfect condition and the delivery was very fast (despite a mix up with TVs on Thursday morning) but the driver stayed in contact with me to let me know of a time frame the TV would be delivered and also rang me to let me know about the mix up and to tell me my TV would be delivered the next morning which is I very happy about. Big Brown Box has to be the most professional and organized company I have ever had the pleasure buying through. There werent any hassles with paying for the TV over the phone and the emails with my order and the delivery were VERY detailed and specific which I loved. I have now tested my new Panasonic Viera 50 inch Full HD Plasma TV for normal viewing and also movies and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thank You
