Hi BBB... Just wanted to say thanks for such awesome service...I recently purchased a 42" TCL LED/LCD TV for my son's room. It all seemed a little 'too good to be true'! I saved $200, I didn't need to pay until it was delivered. Surely not? After making the purchase I was sent 3 e-mails with order number, invoice and delivery instructions...Delivery happened exactly as outlined in the e-mail apart from me missing a call from the delivery driver (due to me being on the phone). When I called BBB i got through to an actual person immediately who advised me of delivery details... Excellent service, great pricing and I have already stated to recomend to friends!!

The phone calls and professionalism by your own courier (much better than Australia post by a mile!) and the lack of fuss. I love that you check the credit card and id before signing over as some people are less than honest if the delivery goes to some random house (a poor friend of mine had this happen recently).
