The people I spoke to on the phone when I needed to change my delivery date were so pleasant nothing seemed to much bother for them. No question that I asked was too silly. He answer all of my questions with empathy and understanding. The two delivery men where so professional and friendly. Both told me that they had been here delivering items separately. It is so wonderful to deal with all the different departs and for all the staff to give the most top of the range service that is so rare to receive. I just love purchasing items with Appliances Online and Big Brown Box. And would like purchase items every week and have them delivered. I tell everyone I know how wonderful both companies are. I just wanted to say I was very impressed with the service from your company. I loved the way I was kept up to date by being texted and emailed with where the delivery was at. I ordered a tv Monday evening and it was delivered Wednesday am. Had really nice, courteous delivery man who rang 20 minutes before arriving. I will definitely recommend BBB to all. I am gobsmacked at the A-BLOODY-MAZING delivery service provided by BIG BROWN BOX. My order was placed online on Thursday 23 Aug at 0914am and was delivered to my door here in Mildura at 1115 am on Friday 24th. Twenty two hours = A-BLOODY-MAZING. No wonder online trading is here to stay. In my mind you have just won a GOLD MEDAL in the CUSTOMER SERVICE OLYMPICS. Eat your heart out G****.
