"Big Brown Box took care of it all"

I would like to provide a testimonial for my recent purchase. I was very happy to receive my DAB clock radio so promptly, but unfortunately it was faulty. I was a bit worried about how good the customer service would be with an online store. There was no need. The team at Big Brown Box were very helpful - a courier picked up the faulty product the following day and replaced it. The new product also had problems and again the staff at Big Brown Box were extremely helpful. Within a few days the faulty item was picked up and a different model dropped off.
