I just wanted to say thanks for my new TV guys and the great service so far. I love my new LED TV, I am still trying to work out the functions and so forth due to my standard foxtel connection but otherwise I am loving it. Just wanted to say thanks to the delivery drivers also who were very friendly, on time and even much earlier than they said they would be, so EXCELLENT service indeed. The people I spoke to on the phone when I needed to change my delivery date were so pleasant nothing seemed to much bother for them. The best customer service and follow up any company can provide. Jamie, the person with whom I communicated the most, kept me in the loop, was honest, very very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I get my TV on time. The reason for my sticking with Big Brown Box is all due to the efforts of Jamie. A 20 out of 10 for his customer service. Not only was the product delivered but Jamie ensured that as a customer I was happy and the amount of effort he put in for me as a customer, I am certain no one else would. I've already recommended Big Brown Box to 5 people out of which 3 people so far I have made sure bought TV's and other accessories from Big Brown Box. In terms of the TV, still trying to get a hang of it but very happy.
