Hi BBB... Just wanted to say thanks for such awesome service...I recently purchased a 42" TCL LED/LCD TV for my son's room. It all seemed a little 'too good to be true'! I saved $200, I didn't need to pay until it was delivered. Surely not? After making the purchase I was sent 3 e-mails with order number, invoice and delivery instructions...Delivery happened exactly as outlined in the e-mail apart from me missing a call from the delivery driver (due to me being on the phone). When I called BBB i got through to an actual person immediately who advised me of delivery details... Excellent service, great pricing and I have already stated to recomend to friends!!

A Great Company to deal with. From the Products to the Pricing, from the Checkout Process to the Customer Service, all were done so professionally. The people I spoke to on the phone when I needed to change my delivery date were so pleasant nothing seemed to much bother for them. Then there were the 2 guys who delivered my TV and took my old one away (free of charge), they were all amazing. I give the BBB and all the Team 5 Stars. They are dazzling at what they do.

Hi, I wasnt sure how to send in a Testimonial so hope its ok I send it this way, I know there was a comment section on the delivery form when the TV arrived but didnt want to write anything until I had tested the TV. I received my TV in perfect condition and the delivery was very fast (despite a mix up with TVs on Thursday morning) but the driver stayed in contact with me to let me know of a time frame the TV would be delivered and also rang me to let me know about the mix up and to tell me my TV would be delivered the next morning which is I very happy about. Big Brown Box has to be the most professional and organized company I have ever had the pleasure buying through. There werent any hassles with paying for the TV over the phone and the emails with my order and the delivery were VERY detailed and specific which I loved. I have now tested my new Panasonic Viera 50 inch Full HD Plasma TV for normal viewing and also movies and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thank You
