Hi, I wasnt sure how to send in a Testimonial so hope its ok I send it this way, I know there was a comment section on the delivery form when the TV arrived but didnt want to write anything until I had tested the TV. I received my TV in perfect condition and the delivery was very fast (despite a mix up with TVs on Thursday morning) but the driver stayed in contact with me to let me know of a time frame the TV would be delivered and also rang me to let me know about the mix up and to tell me my TV would be delivered the next morning which is I very happy about. Big Brown Box has to be the most professional and organized company I have ever had the pleasure buying through. There werent any hassles with paying for the TV over the phone and the emails with my order and the delivery were VERY detailed and specific which I loved. I have now tested my new Panasonic Viera 50 inch Full HD Plasma TV for normal viewing and also movies and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thank You

I just wanted to say I was very impressed with the service from your company. I loved the way I was kept up to date by being texted and emailed with where the delivery was at. I ordered a tv Monday evening and it was delivered Wednesday am. Had really nice, courteous delivery man who rang 20 minutes before arriving. I will definitely recommend BBB to all.
