Too complex - takes 5 min to boot and the voice control is useless.. The PVR, EPG and general picture are excellent, but I wish I'd bought the Panasonic. BTW - this is not your fault - I did research on whirlpool etc, but obviously the reviewers are focused on other than usability. TonyPANORAMA, SA
Getting a little screen buzz despite using the large ferrite cores. even with just the power cable plugged in its still buzzing a bit. You can't hear it with even the tiniest of volume from the TV though so its not a big deal. PaulGLENVALE, QLD

Jamie, the person with whom I communicated the most, kept me in the loop, was honest, very very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I get my TV on time.
