Not only were BBB able to transfere a voucher I had with Appliances online but the delivery driver was great to deal with, kept me informed the whole way as to times etc. The product turned up in record time wihin 48 hours of the order being placed. In an age when service is generally a thing of the past I am truely amazed at the service offered by the Big Brown Box. The price offered was equal to the best on the internet but the service was nothing short of amazing. I ordered before 2.30pm EST and delivery was within 24 hours on the other side of Australia 100km from a capital city. Just to top it off I did not have to pay for it until it was delivered. I am recommending the Big Brown Box to all of my friends and 600 customers in my database. I am not easily impressed but in this case I am Truly impressed.
