Hello Frances Thank you so very much for your wonderful service that was up and beyond the call of Customer Service. I spoke to David yesterday and he also was so very helpful. No question that I asked was too silly. He answer all of my questions with empathy and understanding. The two delivery men where so professional and friendly. Both told me that they had been here delivering items separately. It is so wonderful to deal with all the different departs and for all the staff to give the most top of the range service that is so rare to receive. I just love purchasing items with Appliances Online and Big Brown Box. And would like purchase items every week and have them delivered. I tell everyone I know how wonderful both companies are. I already sent BBB direct atwo days after delivery a feedback that prices, service and delivery were exemplary and far exceed the drop shippers *** and ***. Product is superb. I would look at BBB first for any further business.
