BBB were simply outstanding in their service. There were some manufacturer faults in the products we purchased (no fault of BBB) and their assistance in ensuring the products were replaced was brilliant. They replaced the products via delivery the next day, as was the case with the initial delivery. Over internet, email and phone their service was excellent.

Have not hesitated in recommending BBB to several associates who are going through the process of upgrading LCD's.

"The service was nothing short of amazing"

In an age when service is generally a thing of the past I am truely amazed at the service offered by the Big Brown Box. The price offered was equal to the best on the internet but the service was nothing short of amazing. I ordered before 2.30pm EST and delivery was within 24 hours on the other side of Australia 100km from a capital city. Just to top it off I did not have to pay for it until it was delivered.
