Hi guys, I recently purchased a Samsung plasma television from over here in the west and would like to give you some congratulations on your overall service and my buying experience. After ordering I was sent an email to inform me that the item was not available immediately as mentioned on the web site which was a little disappointing, however your regular communications regarding the status of the order was greatly appreciated and pleasantly surprising. When the order was ready to ship (only 6 days later) the delivery information and timeliness was fantastic. Quite frankly I'm very impressed. Hello Frances Thank you so very much for your wonderful service that was up and beyond the call of Customer Service. I spoke to David yesterday and he also was so very helpful. No question that I asked was too silly. He answer all of my questions with empathy and understanding. The two delivery men where so professional and friendly. Both told me that they had been here delivering items separately. It is so wonderful to deal with all the different departs and for all the staff to give the most top of the range service that is so rare to receive. I just love purchasing items with Appliances Online and Big Brown Box. And would like purchase items every week and have them delivered. I tell everyone I know how wonderful both companies are.
