No question that I asked was too silly. He answer all of my questions with empathy and understanding. The two delivery men where so professional and friendly. Both told me that they had been here delivering items separately. In an age when service is generally a thing of the past I am truely amazed at the service offered by the Big Brown Box. The price offered was equal to the best on the internet but the service was nothing short of amazing. I ordered before 2.30pm EST and delivery was within 24 hours on the other side of Australia 100km from a capital city. Just to top it off I did not have to pay for it until it was delivered. I am recommending the Big Brown Box to all of my friends and 600 customers in my database. I am not easily impressed but in this case I am Truly impressed.
