Delivery and installation details

Big Brown Box has its own drivers who can pick up your Plasma, LCD or LED television directly from our warehouse and deliver it to you, Big Brown Box also have an installation team available to install your new television, home theatre system or other component for you. Big Brown Box can also install your new Plasma, LCD or LED television or component even if you have purchased the items elsewhere.

Big Brown Box has skilled installers who can offer a variety of choices from simply unpacking your new Plasma, LCD or LED television and setting it up on your TV unit to doing a complete install with a wall mounted TV and surround sound home theatre package and even extra power points. Big Brown Box only supplies and recommends quality products so we can provide you a complete service to save you the hassle of organising several technicians saving you time and money.

Big Brown Box’s drivers/Installers will give you a phone call between 8 and 9am to let you know of a 2 hour window for your delivery, they then will also give you a second call 1 hour before delivery if it is going to be after 11am. Working in this way is to save you time and hassle of waiting around all day.

Our delivery team will also leave you with relevant information and details of your product. If you choose installation from Big Brown Box we will email you after the job is done with all relevant information of your installation, our installation team will also take photo’s of your connections and installation to provide you with customer support.

1. All cables to be supplied by customer, if new cables are required Big Brown Box can supply them at an extra cost.
2. Can only mount on existing wall bracket if it is the correct style.
3. Can only conceal cables inside walls if there is a cavity, otherwise a 1.2m cable duct can be installed on front of wall to conceal cables.
4. Wall bracket supplied by customer, if no bracket supplied Big Brown Box can supply bracket at an extra cost.
5. Customer must have broadband Internet connection and computer.
6. Supply of new outlet and 10m of cable.
