- I love my cross trainer. The idea of having lots of different bits of equipment to exercise different muscle groups seems unnecessary to me. Most days I just hop on this for twenty minutes, using whatever intensity level I need at the time. These are useful, because Iﾒm building up my training over time, and I know exactly where Iﾒm at. The preset programs are great too. Without something like that I tend to get a bit lazy. I use the programs to preset the heart rate I want to be at, and the resistance, and off I go. Great product, love how compact and light it is too. Dan B
