- I had thought that buying my own X trainer would be out of the question. For some reason I thought the cost would be prohibitive, but a piece of gear like this is cheaper than a gym membership and I get to keep it! There is nothing like cross training to get a total body workout, as it replicates to some extent what you do when you go cross country skiing and anyone who has ever done that knows how demanding it can be. This unit seems very durable to me, especially for the price, and would not be out of place at a gym. There are enough intensity options to satisfy most fitness buffs and the ergonomic options are good too ﾖ the pedals are adjustable which is important for joint health. It seems pretty incredible to me that I could get a cross trainer and an exercise bike for under a grand ﾖ pretty much a full home setup for cardio! Roz De Silva
