Yes, all products advertised on BigBrownBox.com.au are new, we order directly from the manufacturer in Australia so each item you receive will come with the original manufacturer’s packaging.

 

Is your stock located in Australia?

Yes, all our stock is ordered directly from the manufacturer in Australia and comes with the appropriate compliances, support and warranty.

 

Can I add Extended Warranty after I pay for my order?

Extended Warranty can be added up to 30 days after you make an order. Please contact us on 1300 369 265 if you have any queries regarding this.

 

Do all products have warranty?

Yes, all products purchased at BigBrownBox.com.au come with a full Manufacturer Warranty. The Tax Invoice is your proof of purchase for any warranty claim. Extended warranty can also be purchased through BigBrownBox.com.au at the time of purchase or up to 30 days afterwards.

 

What if I change my mind?

Please contact Customer Service if you have changed your mind after purchase, generally we do not refund orders where you have simply changed your mind about the product!

 

What happens if I am not home to accept delivery?

A notice will be left in your letterbox or under your front door. Please call us on 1300 369 265 to organise another delivery time.
