Are all items sold at BigBrownBox.com.au new?
Yes, all products advertised on BigBrownBox.com.au are new, we order directly from the manufacturer in Australia so each item you receive will come with the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Is your stock located in Australia?
Yes, all our stock is ordered directly from the manufacturer in Australia and come with the appropriate compliances, support and warranty.
Can I add Extended Warranty after I pay for my order?
Extended Warranty can only be issued at the same time your order is placed, simply select the Extended Warranty plan you would like while at the cart.
Do all products have warranty?
Yes, all products purchased at BigBrownBox.com.au come with manufacturer’s warranty. The Tax Invoice is your proof of purchase for any warranty claim. Extended warranty can also be purchased through BigBrownBox.com.au at the time of purchase.
What if I change my mind?
Please contact Customer Service if you have changed your mind after purchase, generally we do not refund orders where you have simply changed your mind about the product!

 

Delivery Information

 

What happens if I am not home to accept delivery?
Smaller products such as iPods, Digital Cameras, GPS Navigators will be delivered using Australia Post and will be re-directed to the nearest Australia Post Office. A collection notice will be left in your letterbox or under your front door.

 

Large products such as fridges, washer and dryers will be delivered via our courier network, you will find our “Sorry we missed you card” with a number to call and organise another delivery time.

What if I change my delivery address?
Please contact Customer Service if you plan to change your delivery address by creating a support ticket via My Account.
What if my order has not arrived?
If you have not received your order by 10 business days from the date of your order, please create a support ticket or call us on 1300 369 265
How can I track my order?
You can track your order via the My Account login.
What if my order is delivered damaged!
If an item is damaged in transit, please be sure to report it to our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of signing for it. Our team will individually review all goods damaged in transit and respond promptly.
