Delivery Areas

Please enter your Postcode or Suburb in the Set Location bar at the top of the page. Once you have set your location delivery information will be displayed with each product.

How we Deliver

If the item(s) you have purchased is in stock delivery will be as follows:

 

Small items will be delivered to you using Australia Post eParcel or Allied Express.

 

Large items will be delivered on a Big Brown Box truck if you are in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Newcastle, Canberra or the Gold Coast metropolitan areas. With these deliveries -

 

  • You can request a specific delivery day. However, some NSW areas have set delivery days. For example: Canberra Tuesday through Friday, Southern Highlands Monday, South Coast Wednesday and Friday and Blue Mountains Tuesday and Thursday. Unfortunately, we are unable to commit to requested delivery times.
  • Our drivers are fully trained in handling all goods.
  • Your driver will call on the morning of delivery before 10am with an approximate delivery window, and will call again 1 hour before delivery (unless delivery is before 11am, in which case the driver will call 1 hour before delivery only).
  • If stock is not available from our local warehouse, we may arrange for it to be delivered direct from an interstate warehouse or direct from the manufacturer, to avoid delays. (We will let you know, prior to delivery, if this is going to happen).

 

If the item(s) you have purchased is not in stock it will be backordered. Please call us to arrange a delivery date or we’ll be in touch.

 

All deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours.

 

If you are not in a Big Brown Box delivery area please contact us to discuss delivery.

Change of delivery details

You can contact our Customer Service Team if we have already processed your order to change your delivery address.

What happens if you are not home to accept delivery?

If we find your home is unattended then our Big Brown Box drivers will leave a notice in your letterbox or under your front door advising you of our Customer Service contact details. You can contact our Customer Service Team to organise another delivery day.

 

Smaller products delivered by Australia Post or Allied Express will be re-directed to the nearest Australia Post Office or Allied courier depot. A collection notice will be left in your letterbox or under your front door to contact the respective delivery party. If you have any questions regarding delivery please contact our Customer Service team on 1300 369 265.

Stock availability representations (graphical or text) on this website are accurate as of our last known stock level at our warehouse or with the manufacturer and is subject to change without notice.
