- This bike is really heavy duty, and is made to last. For years Iﾒve just been going to the gym twice a week and running to keep fit, but then the running started to really be a problem for my knee joints and the doctor advised me to get a bike. Well, what with winter, I didnﾒt want to be riding a bike out in the rain, so I looked around and liked the solid look and how comfortable this was. It actually makes exercise fun. I put some music on and get my twenty minutes. The wife uses it too ﾖ the handlebars and seat are pretty simple to adjust. Dave Foster
