- Exercise bikes really make sense to me, and I bought this one because I just wasnﾒt making it to the gym often enough to burn off the weight I wanted to. Itﾒs really practical ﾖ I use the different programs and 16 intensity levels a lot to challenge myself when I need to, or to have a more relaxed workout when I feel tired. I use it in conjunction with the treadmill we bought at the same time, and thatﾒs ideal. This bike is beautifully built, itﾒs really lightweight but strong, and you definitely get all the resistance you need out of it for a really good workout. Love the easy to see display screen too. I really do get so much use out of this, and it takes up so little space. Well worth the price ﾖ Iﾒve cancelled the gym membership! Gavin Swanson
